I was an Ekalavya until I got the right mentor to learn and chisel my skills. Fitness has been my comrade since the age of 16. It grew vigorously day by day. To share my knowledge with authority and to train you with confidence, I learned and became a certified personal trainer. If you ask me, fitness changes you not only physically but also mentally.
